Main Hall

Monday – Thursday, 4 Hour Event
Monday – Thursday, All Day Event

  • 4 hours for your Decoration, Event, and Clean Up
    (Please consider how long it will take to set up and clean up at the end of your event. Additional hours are available for purchase. Max Capacity is 75 people. Max seated capacity is 32)
  • Up to Four (4) Tables with Linens and Fruitwood Chairs (This allows for seating for 32 comfortably)
  • Access to Wrap Around Porch
  • Access to Catering Prep-Area & Catering Room
    (Refrigerator, chest freezer to store ice, microwave, counter space/table, sinks for use. No Stoves, Ovens, or Open Flames. Chafing dish-warming Lannister’s are the exception)
  • Wifi & Up Lighting
  • Generous On-Site Parking
Sunday - Thursday Add-ons
• Additional Table with Linens/Chair - $25/each
• Additional Hour - $50/each

Beaver Flat New ADD-ONs

Whiskey Barrel Rentals

From a low cocktail table to prime pedestal for your cake or guest book, these table rentals put the FUN in functional. Add two barrels and you’ve got yourself a very cool bar. We have a total of 4 barrels available

Farm Table Rental

Custom-built with a rustic, solid plank top and whitewash stain. Seats 8-10.

Ceremony Field

Outdoor ceremony options are also available at the Cabin which can often accommodate your entire event. This can only be rented as an add-on to the Main Hall.

Bridal Parlor

Private lounge area with private restroom and vanities. The perfect space for you to get ready for your event. Hair and Makeup is not to be provided by anyone other than DeeDee Morris and her team. Max capacity is 20 People.

It also includes access to the catering and kitchen. Additional table with linens and chairs is $25

If you’d like to book your date we can send you a contract and invoice to sign/pay online. We accept payments online, cash or check. We also require a deposit of 50% of your event reservation costs and a refundable $100 security deposit check. Please let us know if you have any questions about the space or what is included when booking.
